Every new machine we sell comes with a manufacturer’s warranty and should you experience any issues within the warranty period, or indeed after, we are here to help. We cover all warranty work on everything we sell, most warranties are on a return to base basis. We can deal with all warranty claims from products that we sell or you can take it to your nearest dealer of that product. There is no need for you to deal with the manufacturer as we can take care of this for you. Please note most extended warranties are subject to annual servicing.
All AL-KO products come with a standard 2-Year domestic warranty upon registration.
Due to the high quality of the German engineered AL-KO petrol garden machinery products, when you purchase a new steel or aluminium lawnmower, garden tractor, rider, out front mower or petrol cultivator, a class leading extended 5-Year Warranty is available for extra piece of mind. Our machines are designed to be extremely robust and durable, which is why we’re happy to offer a manufacturer warranty that extends beyond your standard warranty (12 month). Register your new AS-Motor mower here to receive a warranty extension of 3 months from the purchase date.
Our comprehensive warranty covers you in the unlikely event that your machine requires repair due to a manufacturing defect. The Cobra authorised dealer is obliged under this warranty to repair or replace defective parts found during the machines warranty period. This repair will be free of charge for materials and labour only. This warranty will not cover wear and tear parts such as blades, spark plugs, filters, drive belts, cables etc. Please Note: Manufacturers Engine and Battery warranty periods may differ from that of the machine.

We’re so confident in the performance of our tools that we offer professional users a 3-year warranty on the Professional-X range, and a 2-year warranty on the Professional range when tools are registered within 30 days of purchase. For domestic users we offer a 5-year warranty on all tools and a 3-year warranty on batteries when registered within 30 days of purchase.
Eliet products come with a 2 year domestic warranty and a 1 year (or 100hours) professional warranty.

Henchman Ltd warrants that the Goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship and fit for the purpose identified in our published literature for the Warranty period. Warranty cover excludes wear and tear, misuse or neglect. The Warranty period is 5 years on all products purchased from Henchman. This Warranty does not affect the customer’s statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. Clarification of these rights can be obtained from local Trading Standards department or Citizens Advice Bureau. Any claim for breach of the above Warranty shall be notified to Henchman Ltd within a reasonable time after discovery. Where any valid claim is made for breach of the above Warranty Henchman Ltd will replace the Goods or the part in question free of charge and return the Goods to the Customer carriage prepaid by Henchman. So far as any possible further liability of Henchman Ltd is concerned it shall only be liable for losses that are foreseeable, but if the Goods are used for business purposes Henchman Ltd will not be liable for any economic or consequential losses, costs or damages.

The Warranty for all products sold by Henchman is 5 years. After purchasing you will receive an invoice via email. This invoice acts as proof of purchase in the instance that a warranty claim is required. If you do not have access to an email account please request a physical copy of the invoice, either by adding your request to the “delivery instructions” box at checkout, or give us a call.

All ‘Husqvarna’ branded products will benefit from an enhanced warranty of twenty four (24) months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
The dealer must register the purchase of the product with Husqvarna Outdoor Products using the on line warranty registration facility.
The product must have a proven service history in accordance with the product operator manual.
*The product must have been operated within the manufacturer’s recommendation for use: ie Homeowner product for home use. Landowner product for estate, farm and semi-professional use. Professional for all professional ground care and forest applications, use outside these recommendations will only be covered by 6 Months warranty. Husqvarna UK Ltd may also complement the timescale with a maximum hours of use. This could be the case for some commercial “professional” use products.
Option for 3 Year Warranty:
Automower® Husqvarna Automower® standard two year warranty can be can be extended to three years. The Automower® must be registered, installed and serviced annually by an Authorised Husqvarna Service Dealer.
Riders Husqvarna Riders can benefit from the optional two year warranty above once registered.
The rider warranty can be extended a further year if the rider is serviced annually in accordance to the operators manual by an authorised Husqvarna service dealer.
The three year warranty is not available to professional users.
Starter Batteries – 12 Months
Robotic mower batteries – 24 Months or the remainder of the original product warranty if fitted free of charge under the terms of this limited warranty.
Backpack Batteries – 12 Months or the remainder of the original product warranty if replaced free of charge under the terms of this limited warranty.
Other Batteries (for battery driven products) – 24 Months when purchased separately from the product or the remainder of the original product warranty if fitted free of charge under the terms of this limited warranty.
All Logic products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
On engine-powered equipment, the engine manufacturer’s guarantee will also apply, with any claims subject to their terms and conditions.
The warranty period offered by Lumag Distribution Limited (Lumag) varies from machine to machine and differs between Domestic and Commercial use.
Unless otherwise stated Lumag offers 1 year for commercial use, 2 years for Domestic and 3 years for petrol engines. (diesel engines 1 year) There are however exceptions. An example of this is the petrol Compactors which come with an extended 5 year Domestic /2-year Commercial warranty. Please refer to the relevant product pages on the www.lumag-gb.co.uk website for full details of warranty periods.
Mitox warrants the product against faulty materials and workmanship for a standard 1 year period upon registration.
The standard warranty can be extended on products in the SELECT, PREMIUM and PRO ranges for the set period specific to each range by ensuring your machine is serviced annually by a Mitox approved service dealer.

If an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) declines to honor their written warranty solely because you purchased and used Oregon replacement parts in the OEMs product, please read on. Oregon will allow you to substitute the rights and remedies provided to you under the OEMs written warranty for this express limited warranty. Oregon 40V MAX Cordless Tool System Limited Warranty
Oregon offers the original purchaser a limited warranty. All Oregon Cordless 40V MAX Tools and Chargers are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty unless used for commercial purposes. Oregon Cordless 40V MAX Battery Packs are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty unless used for commercial purposes. During the warranty period, Blount will replace or, at its option, repair for the original purchaser only, free of charge, any product or part which is found upon examination by Blount to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Oregon CS1500 Chain Saw 2-Year Limited Warranty
Oregon offers the original purchaser a limited warranty. Oregon warrants all Oregon CS1500 Chain Saws for a period of two (2) years for personal use. This warranty is one (1) year for units that have been rented, or used for commercial or industrial use. During the warranty period, Blount will replace or, at its option, repair for the original purchaser only, free of charge, any product or part which is found upon examination by Blount to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Always refer to the specific warranty for coverage details.
Oregon Log Splitter Limited Warranty
Oregon offers the original purchaser a limited warranty. Oregon warrants all Oregon branded Log Splitters in the following manner: All steel components are warranted for (3) years. Hydraulics are warranted for (1) year. Log splitter engines are warranted by the specific manufacturer as rated by the manufacturer. During the warranty period, Blount will replace or, at its option, repair for the original purchaser only, free of charge, any product or part which is found upon examination by Blount to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Always refer to the specific warranty for coverage details.
* In this catalog, the Oregon Limited Warranty covers all Oregon products except Oregon Cordless Tool System products, Oregon Log Splitter products, and the Oregon CS1500 chain saw product. Product exceptions are warranted under separate warranties.

1 Year Warranty Period – STIHL PROFESSIONAL USERS
All machines shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 1 year** from the date of purchase by the Owner, when used for the designed purpose of that product by Professional Users (Including Hire, Rental and Construction Industry, Farm and Estate).
STIHL AS System, AI Line and AK System cordless products are not covered under warranty when used by Professional Users (including Hire, Rental and Construction Industry, Farm and Estate).
**STIHL High Pressure Cleaners are covered for an extended warranty period of 2 years in Professional use. NOTE: There will be no extension to the warranty period on products sold to the Hire, Rental and Construction Industry. The existing 1 year warranty period will remain for these products.

Terms and Exclusions
TGB don’t just sell products that look nice. We want our customers to enjoy them for years to come. We use the latest engineering and technical knowledge to engineer our products. We are so proud and confident with this that we offer our customers one of the best warranties that is available worldwide on an ATV product. The 5-year warranty applies to all TGB products bought from an authorised TGB dealer from the 1st February 2020, and it is registered and normally used in the UK. You have statutory rights in relation to the goods against other parties and those rights are not affected by the guarantee.
This document explains the terms & exclusions for two relevant separate warranties that apply to the TGB products, as below:
- Full Warranty
- Engine and gear box warranty
TGB warrants a new vehicle to be free of defects in material or workmanship – we’ve set out the terms and conditions for this below. An authorised TGB dealer will make any repairs, using new or remanufactured parts, to put right any problem covered by this limited warranty free of charge. Whilst the contract to carry out the repairs will be with the dealer, we will pay the costs of the repairs. Any parts replaced during a warranty repair are covered for the remainder of the warranty period only. The warranty is a return to base warranty and does not cover the collection of the vehicle and return to selling dealer.
The Warranty Period
The new vehicle limited warranty is divided into various periods. They begin on the date of registration except for service parts or accessories that are installed at a later date. The warranty is non-transferable from the original owner unless authorized in writing from the TGB UK distributor Dualways Ltd.
- Full Warranty – 24 months parts and Labour covered
- Engine and Gear Box warranty – The remaining 36 months these parts only are covered.
What’s covered by the full warranty?
TGB covers manufacturing defects on the components of a new vehicle for 20,000 miles in the first 24months and for a total of 50,000 miles up to the warranty period termination at 60 months from the date of registration. Exceptions to this are:
Accessories, normal wear, and maintenance items such as tires, batteries, bulbs, filters, lubricants, brake pads & discs, CVT Belts, Drive shaft boots and universal joints are not covered.
Paint on the frame is covered by 24 month warranty but does not cover corrosion or damage caused by impact by general usage.
Under this warranty, TGB are only liable for the repair or replacement of original parts by an authorised TGB dealer that are defective in material or workmanship. TGB are not liable for any costs that may incur getting to a dealer, supplying a replacement vehicle or as a result of being without the vehicle during warranty repairs.
What’s not covered?
Damage due to factors beyond the manufacturer’s control
Examples of this could include:
- Misuse of the vehicle such as overloading, racing, jumping, etc. You’ll find proper usage described in the owner’s manual
- Events such as collision, fire, theft, riot, etc
- Vehicle categorised as ‘total loss’ or ‘insurance write off’
- Alteration, modification, tampering, etc
- Damage or surface corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, bird lime, tree sap, etc), salt, road hazards, hail, wind, storm, lightning, floods and other acts of God
- Cosmetic conditions or surface corrosion from stone chips or scratches in the paint
Damage due to a lack of maintenance, such as:
- Servicing that is not completed within the time and mileage recommendations, as described in the service book and the owner’s manual
- Improper maintenance or the use of fuel, oil or lubricants other than those we recommend in the owner’s manual
- The use of inferior quality parts
- Normal wear, tear or deterioration such as discolouration, fading or deformation
- Surface corrosion on any part
- Gradual wearing of mechanical components
- Gradual wearing of Clutch components
Normal maintenance services described as ‘scheduled maintenance services’ in the vehicles service book and ‘maintenance’ in the owner’s manual, such as:
- Inspection & adjustments
- Drive belt replacement
- minor adjustments
- oil/fluid changes
- replacement of filters
- anti-freeze coolant refill
- wheel alignment and tyre rotation
- bushes and ball joints
Any repair of a vehicle on which the odometer has been altered or on which the actual mileage can’t be readily determined. Extra expenses and damages.
TGB won’t reimburse for any financial loss or other damages. For example, loss of use, lodging and vehicle rentals, travel costs or loss of earnings.
Tyres are covered by the tyre manufacturer’s initial defect warranty. Production changes.
TGB may make changes to the vehicles we build and/or sell at any time without having to make similar changes to vehicles we previously built and/or sold.
Customers must use and maintain their vehicle properly. If they use a vehicle in severe driving conditions, they should follow the extra maintenance steps set out in the owner’s manual.
You may need to show that you’ve maintained your vehicle properly. So you should keep your maintenance records handy, together with all your receipts. The scheduled maintenance records should be filled in whenever a vehicle goes in for service or maintenance.
You should take your vehicle, along with your warranty information and service record booklet, to an authorised TGB dealer during its normal opening hours and ask them to repair it for you. Whilst the contract to carry out the repairs will be with the dealer, we will pay the costs of the repairs. Any authorised TGB dealer can carry out warranty repairs, but we recommend taking it to the one you bought it from if possible.
Engine and Gear Box Limited Warranty
TGB cover the engine and gear box components for the 3rd, 4th and 5th year of the warranty period. Genuine Parts will be free of defects in material or manufacturing – we’ve set out exclusions to this below. This warranty covers the parts replaced or sold by an authorised TGB dealer.
An authorised TGB dealer will either repair or replace any parts to put right any problem covered by this warranty. If the authorised TGB dealer installed the parts, they’ll be repaired or replaced with no charge to you for parts or labour. If anyone else installed the parts, they’ll be repaired or replaced with no charge to you for the parts, but you will have to pay for the labour.
Parts replaced by an authorised TGB dealer under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only. Parts sold and installed by an authorised TGB dealer outside of the warranty policy are covered for 12 months from the date they were installed, regardless of mileage.
What’s components in the engine and gear box are not covered:
- Damage or corrosion due to factors such as accidents, negligence, improper repairs or adjustments, misuse, alterations or collision
- Damage or surface corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree sap etc.) salt, road hazards, hail, wind storm, lightening, floods and other acts of God
- Normal wear, tear and deterioration such as discolouration, fading or deformation
- Parts installed on a vehicle in which the odometer has been altered or on which the mileage can’t be readily determined
- Parts used for purposes they were not designed for
- Parts not properly installed by someone other than an authorised TGB dealer
- Parts without proof of purchase or replacement date
- Parts that an authorised TGB dealer isn’t allowed to sell or install on a vehicle
Under this warranty, TGB are only liable for the repair or replacement of original parts by an authorised TGB dealer that are defective in material or workmanship. TGB are not liable for any costs you may incur getting to a dealer, supplying a replacement vehicle or as a result of being without the vehicle during warranty repairs.

Weibang warrants the product against faulty materials and workmanship for a standard 2 year period upon registration.
Extended Domestic Warranty
The standard 2 year warranty can be extended up to 5 years, by ensuring your machine is serviced annually from the date of purchase.
Weibang warrants products in the PRO ranges against faulty materials and workmanship for a standard 1 year period upon registration.
Extended Commercial Warranty
The standard 1 year warranty can be extended on aluminium decked lawn mowers in the PRO range up to 3 years, by ensuring the machine is serviced annually.
Machinery not in the PRO ranges used for commercial purposes have a warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
Damage which has occurred due to negligence of the owner or stale fuel will not be covered under warranty.
Deterioration due to normal wear and tear from use on items such as recoil ropes, cables, oils, blade, spark plugs or filters are deemed to be service parts and wear and tear items and are not covered under warranty.
The use of non-genuine or aftermarket parts on the products will invalidate the warranty. Genuine Weibang parts must be used on all repairs and services.
The owner is responsible for keeping a copy of annual service records in case a warranty claim is questioned.
The Kawasaki engine warranties are covered by the manufacturer and are not subject to the extended warranty.
The Briggs & Stratton engine warranties are covered by the manufacturer and are not subject to the extended warranty.
