If you’re not happy with your product or you’ve simply changed your mind, you’ll need to let us know within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. We’re happy for you to unpack the product and have a proper look at it. Please try and keep the packaging in tack as this will make it easier for you to return.
However, if you have used the product, we may not be able to sell it to someone else. This means that the value of the product is reduced by your use, we will only make a partial refund, or charge you for the reduction in value. If you have not used the product and it is returned to us in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection.
The cost of the return if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product will be chargeable to you. We do not make any profit out of this, we simply charge you the same price as we are charged by the courier.
If you’re reading this section, we’re sorry. We work closely with our manufacturers to sell quality products, but sometimes things do go wrong.
Within 30 days of purchase, you may return an initially faulty product for an exchange or refund as long as the fault was not of your own doing. eg. ‘hit a stone’ ‘forgot to put oil in it’.
If on assembly you have found a missing part, nut, bolt, screw, cover or something simple, please let us know and we will post you out to you asap.
If you purchased from in store, then you can return any faulty product for assessment and repair.
We will asses the items on arrival and repair machines as required. If deemed to be the customers fault by miss use or operator error then this will be chargeable to the customer.
Within the manufactures warranty period, we will offer you a prompt repair service. These lead times vary depending on time of year and parts supply chain. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can and email us with images so that we can arrange either replacement parts or in the worse case scenario, we will exchange product for you.
These can take up to 14 days to process. If you’ve been waiting longer than 14 days, then please contact us.
