We sometimes offer discount codes which can be applied either to your total order, or a specific item. These may be codes which you see messaged across our site, or they may be unique to you.

Simply add that code at the checkout to apply your discount automatically, and you’ll see the saving in your order summary.

The discount code box can be found at the bottom of your basket. Simply type or copy and paste your code into the box and click apply. Your total will update to include your discount saving. Please be aware, you must enter your discount code in the basket as it can’t apply it later.


Simply add the item you wish to buy through Finance into your basket. Then choose Omni Capital as your payment method and pick which payment plan you’d like. Follow the simple steps to finish buying your new product.

You will get an email confirmation from us with everything you need to know about your product and the Omni Capital Finance payment plan you’ve chosen.

To be eligible to apply for finance, you must be 18 or older and have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. You must also have a Hayes Machinery ‘My Account’. Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. The stock will not be allocated until the application has been completed and approved. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time.

If you’ve used finance to buy from Hayes Machinery in the past, you’ll keep your payment plan with Omni Capital Retail Finance, until the balance is paid off. If you want to buy using finance, you’ll need to apply for a new plan with Omni Capital Retail Finance. Every product that is available with finance purchasing will show the Omni Capital finance calculator.

Likewise the Omni Capital finance option will only be visible at checkout on products in which it is available for.

A few days after creating your Omni Capital Finance account, you’ll get an email from Omni Capital asking you to set up an Online Account with them. Here, you can edit your details and view transactions. So, when you’re making a payment, just visit your Omni Capital Online Account and follow the quick and easy steps.

If you’ve been accepted and you’re buying a product from Hayes Machinery, please note that all payments will need to have cleared prior to delivery or collection.

Once the finance has been agreed between you the customer and Omni Capital Retail Finance, this contact is between you the customer and Omni Capital Retail Finance. Hayes Machinery can not get involved with this as we do not have access to your account with or details with Omni Capital Retail Finance.
